Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://northportfencingcompany.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our Services. All American Fencing delivers Fence Installation, Fence Repair, Temporary Fencing, Commercial Fencing. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Ownership. All American Fencing (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Account Closure. All American Fencing reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

No Warranties. All American Fencing disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation. In no event will All American Fencing's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify All American Fencing from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of FL, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in FL.

Term Changes. All American Fencing may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
